Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to design and develop electrical systems. The role requires a strong understanding of various electrical systems, design principles, and the National Electrical Code (NEC). You will be involved in quality assurance/quality control design, handling requests for information (RFI), and construction administration (CA).

Responsibilities

+ Design and develop electrical systems and components.

+ Ensure compliance with NEC and other relevant building codes.

+ Conduct quality assurance and quality control for designs.

+ Handle requests for information and manage construction administration processes.

+ Create and manage electrical design documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.

+ Perform lighting calculations and project management tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

+ 9+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.

+ Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

+

Experience with building design projects.

+ Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license or close to obtaining it.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience with project management.

+ Strong ability in electrical design and lighting calculations.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Washington D.C., DC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
