Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Building Control Surveyor in Somerset on a temporary 20-week contract with a 16-hour week. The role offers hybrid/remote working after systems training and is designed to support a local authority Building Control service during a burst of activity.
Key duties include advising on regulations, plan assessments, site inspections and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations. Strong communication with applicants and stakeholders is essential.
