Overview

Full-time / Hybrid Role (50% work from home / 50% in office – Boston or Roanoke, VA). We are hiring an experienced BIM professional to support our customers with project work and the implementation of BIM and CAD solutions. The Autodesk Technical Services Manager will lead the team of Applications Specialists to ensure our standards of high quality work on every project.

Knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architectural, Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM 360 is needed.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing and leading a team of application engineers to ensure quality solution delivery to our clients in the AEC and manufacturing sectors. Your deep understanding of Autodesk products as well as “boots on the ground” experience in construction, design and/or manufacturing are what will be key to your success.

How you’ll spend your days:

  • Assisting the sales team in evaluating client needs to identify the Autodesk solutions that meet their business goals
  • Developing, leading, and inspiring a team of application engineers – leading by example to help everyone level up!
  • Assisting in the installation and implementation of new technology solutions and processes for AEC clients
  • Providing training and ongoing support on the latest Autodesk AEC technologies, such as Revit, BIM Collaborate, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
  • Helping customers realize their ideas both quickly and easily!
Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or computer science and 5+ years of professional experience with Autodesk products in the AEC/CAD industry
  • At least two years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Refined personal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor the delivery to the specific client’s needs
  • Strong situational leadership skills – you know when to coach, direct, delegate, and support
  • Exceptional project management skills and unwavering positive attitude, capable of handling multiple, sometimes competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
