We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Wastewater Analyst/Engineer to join our growing water/wastewater team. In this role you will lead and support a wide range of wastewater infrastructure projects that directly impact the communities we serve, from planning and design through construction support. Your work will help deliver innovative, sustainable, and technically sound solutions for municipal and utility clients in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the drafting and development of contract drawings, reports, and specifications for wastewater projects
- Prepare and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Assist with the design and analysis of wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems
- Perform hydraulic modeling and system evaluations
- Prepare engineering calculations and technical reports
- Support project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies
- Conduct field visits and support construction administration activities as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 3–6 years of relevant wastewater engineering experience
- Strong experience in drafting and preparation of contract documents
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Experience with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, or similar) is preferred
- Familiarity with wastewater system design and engineering principles
- Strong analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Engineering‑in‑Training (EIT) certification preferred

The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
