We have a client in the Tempe, AZ area who has an immediate long‑term temp‑hire opportunity for a Plant 3D Process Piping Designer. The role focuses on designing piping for large water and wastewater treatment facilities, hi‑tech/semiconductor plants, and similar projects.
This position is a temp‑hire direct hire. Qualified candidates may work remotely from the Eastern or Central Time zones, provided they are located in the United States.
Skills- Plant 3D
- AUTOCAD
- Process piping water wastewater fabrication construction drawings
- Navisworks
- REVIT model
- BIM 360
- Minimum of 5 years in piping modeling and process piping design
- Proficiency in Plant 3D and ability to pass a CAD assessment
- Experience with Navisworks and BIM 360 preferred
- Experience with small bore and large bore piping (1/4" to 84")
- Proficiency with modeling and fabrication and construction drawings, isometrics, and orthographics
- Ability to work from contract records and P&IDs
- Experience with process piping for water and wastewater treatment facilities, bio/pharm, hi‑tech/semiconductor facilities and more
