The role involves attending construction meetings, ensuring regulatory compliance, reviewing change orders and reimbursement requests, monitoring project progress, and providing guidance to local public agencies across Iowa's western region.
This is a full-time position supporting transportation infrastructure projects with remote work options and some required travel.### Key qualifications
* Valid Professional Engineer license in Iowa or ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire
* Valid Iowa driver's license
* Two years of full-time professional work experience in transportation or civil engineering, or one year with a master's degree in engineering
* Experience administering federal and state-aid construction contracts
* Knowledge of federal and state transportation laws, regulations, and guidelines
