• Drive the development and implementation of a fully integrated MBSE framework for aerospace actuation systems.
• Use CAMEO Systems Modeler to support execution of technical modelling plans and process integration.
• Define procedures, modelling standards and workflows to be deployed across product teams.
• Provide expert guidance and mentoring to internal engineers unfamiliar with CAMEO.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align modelling activities with systems engineering needs.
• Deliver critical documentation, process artefacts and toolkits aligned with the aerospace product lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• CAMEO Systems Modeler – Advanced user with experience setting up and deploying modelling frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of MBSE principles
  , SysML
  , and lifecycle applications in engineering.
• Strong capability to define and deliver processes, standards and training materials.
• Prior experience in aerospace, defence, or other safety‑critical industries.
• Ability to work autonomously and liaise across engineering functions.

Desirable

Skills:

• Exposure to Model-Based Safety Analysis (MBSA).
• Experience using CAMEO for certification or verification and validation (V&V).
• Familiarity with wider MBSE tool chains such as Magic Draw, IBM Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, or related discipline.
• OR a relevant technical military background with equivalent hands‑on engineering experience.
• Must be eligible for UK SC Security Clearance (Minimum 5 Years in the UK).
