We are currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach SPAC 310
- Human Factors in Space.

Basic principles of aerospace human factors with an emphasis onhuman factors issues with living and working in space. Research,principles and methods that are essential in optimizing the interaction between people and machine elements of aerospacesystems.

Please note that ERAU policy requires that all adjuncts be physically located within the United States while working for the University, including during training. Presently, we are able tosupport work for new adjuncts from all U.S. states except California. ERAU does not support work frominternational locations with some limited exceptions for individuals who are residing and working from U.S. military bases.

If selected for this role, the candidate will be required toprovide proof of stated qualifications. This includes, but is not limited to, official transcripts, copies of professional licenses/certifications, documentation of military experience,and/or verified professional industry related experience.

Rated/certified military operations officer or civil equivalent forto Psychology, Human Factors, Space Operations (manned flight), or Physiology or any professional certification related to humanfactors/interaction within the space domain.

Doctor’s or Master’s degree in teaching discipline, or a Masters’sdegree with a concentration in teaching discipline (minimum of 18graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline).

Experience at a Military / Civilian organization related to Psychology, Human Factors, Space Operations (manned flight), or Physiology.
