• Order and ship field equipment and office supplies to field personnel.
• Manage projects related to clients’ compliance needs, such as record keeping, supplies, and equipment.
• Research and source equipment that aligns with evolving company needs.
• Receive daily Designated Operator (DO) inspections, internal documents and associated alarm histories.
• Collaborate with other Belshire departments.

• Conduct regulatory visual inspections at gas stations and other UST and AST facilities.
• Effectively communicate crucial information to assist clients in maintaining compliance with federal, state, district, and local regulations.
• Provide annual training to designated facility employees on required safety and compliance duties.
• Complete state inspection report forms.
• Perform additional environmental regulatory audits as required by client and location.
• Act independently and as part of a team to make appropriate compliance recommendations.
• Perform regular safety checks on all field equipment and complete vehicle inspection reports.

• Starting hourly rate $20.00‑$22.00 per hour.
• $500 bonus paid after 90‑day anniversary.
• Travel time between home office and job sites is paid at regular hourly rate.
• Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard mileage rates.
• All training and fees associated with obtaining required certification are covered.

• You enjoy working in the office and outdoors in the field, typically 4 days at the Belshire office and 1 day at customer sites (80% office/20% field).
• You can pass the California UST System Operator Certification after completing our company‑sponsored training program.

• Successful completion of the California UST System Operator certification is required after company‑sponsored training.
• Personal vehicle for travel between job sites is required.
• Valid CA driver’s license with excellent driving record is required.
• Ability to pass background screening after conditional job offer.
• Suitability to be located in or near the job location.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Field experience, working outdoors (preferred).
• Overnight travel may be required (expenses reimbursed).
