Aldridge Electric is seeking an experienced Project Lead Engineer for Distribution/Medium Voltage Systems to lead design activities for electrical substations. The role supports Ohio operations with the option to work remotely, reporting to the Vice President of Utility Services.
You will manage schedules and budgets, direct design resources for 15kV–345kV projects, and coordinate with vendors while mentoring less experienced staff. Travel up to ~25% is expected.
