Duties
  • You will provide technical responsibility, accountability, and authority of electrolytic chlorine generators and associated equipment within the guidelines of Engineering Agent Responsibility Document (EARD).
  • You will develop task proposals and budget submissions to NAVSEA on a yearly basis to execute Engineering Agent Responsibility Document (EARD) responsibilities.
  • You will review and approve technical manual changes, repair processes, test procedures, and documentation in support of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS).
  • You will review equipment configuration and make recommendations for ship specifications and future alterations.
  • You will develop and maintain Lifecycle Maintenance Plans and Baseline Availability Work Packages.
  • You will prepare and maintain test procedures and pre-arrival tests.
  • You will provide technical support to submarine maintenance activities and represent SUBMEPP in meetings and conferences.
  • You will manage maintenance program requirements for Electrolytic Chlorine Generators (ECG) or chlorination systems and components.
