Aboutthe Role
This position is that take responsible of new project launch and keep mass production project running well in Speaker testing related.
What You Will Do- Work with advance team to hand over new project and work with global site to transfer the project to local site on testing related process, equipment.
- Review product designs for testability requirements, review test equipment/fixtures design feedback lessons learning on project earlier phase.
- Support manufacturing with failure analysis, speaker in process rework, tester debugging, reduce intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment.
- Collect and analyze of test data, continual to do improvement on FPY and test coverage to meet requirement.
- Be able to study and capable for line of business application creation to support normal continuous improvement process necessary.
- Perform semi-routine technique development and maintenance, subject to establish standards, including ISO and QS development standards.
- Provide training in new procedures to production testing staff.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/ Industry/ Electronic/ Mechanical's Engineering or Equivalent. - Experience:
Five years or more experience in Electronics manufacturing as Testing Engineer. Be a strong communicator and excellent team builder. Good experience in testing area. - One of Labview/Test Stand, C# or VB programming experience
- Electronic circuit board analysis knowledge, able to read schematic
- MSA and CPK analysis knowledge
- Experience on design for manufacturing and testing
- Experience on Automotive standard such as VDA, AIAG, ISO/IATF
16949 - Experience for the test program development
- Experience for different kind of instruments for Audio Amplifier or RF signal
- Experience for leading a new project in test side
- Be willing to OT arrangement and higher work loading during new project launch.
- Be willing to variant work tasks under the pressure.
- More positive to adopt the changing to meet company target.
