Lumos is seeking a full-time Manager – GIS to lead technical teams in CAD and GIS for documenting and upgrading the fiber network. The role focuses on creating accurate Mapping Records, GIS documents, and Fiber Records, using ESRI ArcGIS and 3-GIS to support new builds and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of CAD/GIS experience within telecom, strong scripting knowledge for ArcGIS and Python, and the ability to collaborate across teams while driving process improvements.
