  • Perform environmental, spatial, and geospatial analyses using ArcGIS Pro and develop high‑quality mapping deliverables.
  • Support environmental assessments, data collection efforts, and analytical methodologies for planning projects.
  • Contribute to the planning and conceptual design of climate resilience and nature‑based solutions, including green infrastructure and climate adaptation strategies.
  • Prepare technical reports, planning documents, grant applications, presentations, and outreach materials for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, scientists, planners, and landscape architects to develop innovative, community‑focused solutions.
  • Assist with project coordination, research, data analysis, and client deliverables while meeting project schedules and quality expectations.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting climate adaptation or resilience planning initiatives.
  • Experience working with municipal clients or public agencies.
