In this role, you’ll lead complex engineering projects from concept through execution, collaborating with customers, suppliers, and international teams to deliver innovative, high‑quality solutions. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Lead engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Translate customer requirements into practical and innovative engineering solutions.
• Drive design optimization initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Facilitate technical meetings with customers, suppliers, and project teams.
• Coordinate material procurement, fabrication activities, and installation planning for control cabinets.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams across multiple regions and disciplines.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics for external suppliers and project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IEEE, NEC, NEMA, environmental, and safety standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in controls, automation, or control cabinet design.
• Proficiency with CAD tools; E3 experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation processes.
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and project site visits.
