What You’ll Do- Work on Complex Projects:
Design, configure, test, and execute advanced PCA solutions tailored to customer needs. - Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with Sales, Project Managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Be a Safety Champion:
Promote Schneider Electric’s Safety‑First culture in every aspect of your work.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
- 4+ years of experience in Protection, Control, and Automation projects.
- Knowledge of Schneider Electric’s LV/MV power systems.
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Power systems and protection schemes.
- Protection relays and relay‑based ATO schemes.
- Testing protocols for feeder, transformer, bus differential, arc flash, and motor protection.
- Experience and Proficiency in communication protocols:
Modbus, DNP, IEC
61850. - Experience executing complex relay‑based ATO schemes over IEC
61850. - Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically.
- Familiarity with Schneider Electric’s Medium and Low Voltage systems is a plus.
