Location: New York
PS&S is seeking an Environmental Land-Use Regulatory Specialist to coordinate with clients and project teams, ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves office and field work, with base in NYC or Yonkers, and a hybrid on-site/remote work arrangement.
You will prepare permit applications, analyze environmental conditions, and communicate with federal and state agencies, clients, and designers to obtain approvals under NEPA/SEQRA and coastal/wetland programs.
