Bridge Inspection Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bridge Inspection Supervisor to lead inspection teams and ensure the safety and integrity of bridges and related structures. This role involves leadership, technical evaluation, and collaboration with governmental agencies to deliver thorough inspection reports.
Responsibilities- Supervise inspection teams and report progress to project managers.
- Organize scheduling of inspections, mobilization, and equipment logistics.
- Perform and lead inspections of bridges and related structures.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while working at heights using ladders, under-bridge vehicles, man lifts, and bucket trucks.
- Conduct structural evaluations and sign off on inspection reports.
- Prepare detailed reports, calculations, and documentation using AutoCAD/Micro Station and Microsoft Office.
- Assist in planning, access coordination, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with government agencies and complete required training.
- 2-5 years of bridge inspection experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in bridge inspection and civil engineering principles.
- NICET certification.
- Experience in load calculations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Micro Station.
- Ability to travel to project sites across NJ.
The work involves being on project sites for an average of 6-8 weeks at a time. When not on-site, candidates can work from headquarters in Secaucus or Freehold, or opt to work from home. The role offers the benefit of taking the company vehicle home.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr. medical vision dental 401k
