Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Lead Design Engineer who can work remotely and travel about 25%. The role focuses on turnkey electrical projects designing substations and power distribution for utilities and industrial facilities.
You will lead a team of designers and engineers, ensure on-time design deliverables, mentor others, and develop estimates. Candidates should have a BS in engineering with 3+ years or an AS with 7+ years, or 10+ years experience in lieu of degree.
