Software Engineering Senior Advisor- Hybrid

Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. seeks a Software Engineering Senior Advisor for the Morris Plains, NJ location to support over 30 applications, focusing on Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) and Mainframe Services (MFS).

• Identify and resolve problems faced in various online applications that serve Cigna’s online and web based platforms.
• Work on multiple high critical incident tickets to resolve issues.
• Provide support to all MML calls and resolve MML tickets.
• Work on critical CDH and MFS issues to open a MML line to triage and solve issues.
• Analyze production tickets and support application maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Provide code analysis, business friendly explanations for requests and incidents, and resolve production critical incidents using a deep understanding of application architecture.
• Provide functional and technical knowledge of the applications.
• Hybrid work schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computers or Engineering and 3 years of experience.
• Must have experience with JCL, CA7M, Customer Driven Healthcare (CDH) Applications, Mainframe Services (MFS), MVS, Windows XP, DOS, OS 390, Z/OS, COBOL, XML, CICS, DB2 Development center, SOAP UI, IMS, TSO/ISPF, File Aid, Endeavor, SPUFI, QMF, Teradata, SAS, REXX, Xpeditor, and DISPATCP.

Salary Range: $150,550-$217,000
