How You Will Contribute

  • Manage and execute all aspects of commissioning projects from contract execution through the warranty phase, including client relationships, project financials, project deliverables, and tasks assigned to support staff
  • Project Managers:
    Assist in the development of proposals and business development pursuits
  • Assist project teams in design, construction, and operation of high-performance buildings.
  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, building owners, design professionals, and construction teams.
  • Proactively engage project teams with solutions and recommendations
  • Solve complex problems.
  • Find ways to make you and others around you better

Your Expertise

  • Commissioning Engineer (1-5 years), Project Manager (5+ years):
    Experience with commercial buildings, preferably in commissioning, design engineering, building operations, MEP coordination, and/or contracting
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction science, or related field of study, or equivalent work experience in engineering or construction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients including relationships, schedules, commissioning deliverables, commissioning staff, and project financials.
  • Curious and actively seek answers to your how and why questions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, creative, and driven to do well at any task
  • Ability to tackle multiple tasks, prioritize, and perform work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lead and execute projects in a hybrid/remote work model
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate complicated ideas to audiences with various levels of knowledge on topics
  • Ability to work cooperatively and successfully with teammates, clients, and other outside third parties
