• Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians.
• Manage diverse and challenging projects across the portfolio of design services and EPC programs.
• Oversee design quality, budget, and schedule.
• Support client interaction, proposals, and business development.
• Manage complex underground transmission line projects and drive solutions to achieve project goals.
• Review lower-level engineering work and assignments.
• Responsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of subordinates.

The Technology, Commercial & Industrial Team focuses on advanced manufacturing, AI computing, data centers, and distributed infrastructure.

• Experience managing EPC or design services underground transmission line projects for investor-owned utilities in the United States.
• Experience designing high voltage underground transmission lines with strong understanding of linear underground project lifecycle and equipment specification development.
• Experience developing plan and profile drawings.
• Working knowledge of CYMCAP and Pull-Planner.
• Good communication skills and interest in engaging with clients to grow relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards.
• Working knowledge of interdisciplinary project coordination: procurement, subcontract administration, permitting, and construction support.
• Working knowledge of the proposal process and developing engineering estimates.
• P.E. License highly preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search).

Professional registration or licensure in the home office country, or active pursuit of such registration, is typically required. Exceptions may be approved by division management on a case-by-case basis.

• Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based on manager discretion, job performance, and work assignments.
• Ability to utilize audio/videoconferencing software tools for internal/external communication.
• Sitting/standing/computer usage for extended periods of time.
• Travel to client sites.
