May Mobility is seeking a Remote Assistance Specialist to work autonomously and with teams to ensure a safe, positive rider experience. You will coordinate daily logistics, support AV operations, and report to the Senior Manager of Remote Assistance.
Responsibilities include monitoring vehicles in real time, ensuring safety, resolving technical issues with engineering, and coaching RAAs and FCCOs through reviews and simulations. Ability to travel to other sites as needed is required.
