Position: Junior Technische Zeichner für  Wärmepumpen (gn) - 40 Std, hybrid / 100% remote

Job Title

Your responsibilities

  • You review and evaluate technical documentation to ensure the quality and plausibility of the information.
  • You perform precise heating load calculations to ensure the efficiency and optimal sizing of heating systems.
  • You develop sound recommendations and strategies for the replacement of radiators, based on existing conditions and current technical requirements.
  • You evaluate and recommend suitable software solutions for optimizing planning and calculation processes in the field of TGA.
  • You analyze existing workflows and develop strategies for efficiency improvement and process optimization to enhance the quality and speed of project execution.
Your Profile
  • You have a completed education in the HLK sector or another technical vocational training with a technical understanding.
  • You have initial knowledge and practical know-how in the planning of technical building equipment (TGA).
  • You master the room-wise calculation of heating load according to the standard DIN EN 12831-1 and apply it confidently to develop energy-efficient and optimally sized heating systems.
  • You have gained initial experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and can create technical drawings or adapt existing designs.
  • You speak fluent German (C1-C2 is a must-have).

Our Interview Process
  • Getting to know you call (30 min.) – A first conversation via Google Meet with our P&C Manager Monika. Bring your initial questions and tell us what excites you about working with us.
  • Technical interview (30 min.) – Together with our Lead Solution Engineering Philipp, we dive deeper into your technical competencies. Of course, there is also enough room for your technical questions.
  • C-Level call (30 min.) – In the final conversation, you will meet our CCO Martin. Take the opportunity to learn more about our vision, strategic direction, and future plans.
