ERCOT is seeking a System Planning Engineer to help design and optimize the electric power grid. You will perform steady-state and dynamic contingency analyses, develop models, and create reports under senior guidance to support planning and operations.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred), 3+ years for Engineer 3 or 5+ for senior roles, and hands-on experience with PSSE/TSAT/VSAT, Python, and PSCAD. On-site with some remote work in Texas.
