About AertronAertron, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in aviation safety, regulatory strategy, and AI/ML integration for safety-critical systems. We support government and industry partners across aviation research, evaluation, certification, and modernization initiatives spanning the National Airspace System (NAS) and emerging Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) operations.
We’re a small, senior team doing consequential work — helping shape how new technologies are evaluated and integrated into the future of flight. As we grow, we’re always looking to connect with exceptional people, even when a specific opening isn’t posted.
Who We Want to Hear FromIf your background touches any of the following areas, we’d like to know you:
- Data — data analysis, data science, data engineering, and data architecture
- Weather and atmospheric science — meteorology, forecasting, and forecast verification
- Human factors — human-systems integration, human-automation interaction, and human-AI teaming
- Systems engineering — test and evaluation, system integration, deployment, and readiness verification
- Aviation safety and regulatory affairs — certification, standards, and safety risk management
- AI/ML — applied machine learning for safety-critical or regulated environments
- Program support — technical writing, quality assurance, and program coordination
- Depth in your discipline and the versatility to contribute across a small, senior team.
- Strong written communication — our work must hold up under government and technical review.
- Self-direction and ownership; we hire people we trust to run with their domain.
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, or the Urban Air Mobility (UAM)/AAM industry is a plus — but talent and drive matter most.
- Veterans are encouraged to apply — as an SDVOSB, supporting the veteran community is part of who we are.
