Within our Customer Relation Center (CRC) which manages all intervention requests from our clients 24/7, you will contribute to ensuring a quality service as a remote technical support.

In clear and positive communication, your role is to bring your technical expertise to supervise and monitor our clients' installations remotely in order to limit the number of on-site technician visits. You will intervene to try to solve remotely the breakdowns reported by our clients. Thanks to your skills and field experience, you are able to make the best diagnosis, give a priority level to the intervention, and solve a significant number of breakdowns remotely.

Moreover, as a Technician Monitoring Customer Relation Center, you will regularly optimize the diagnosis of intervention requests to precisely qualify the breakdown for the upcoming after-sales technician intervention.

A precise report of each treated intervention will be made. You participate in the feedback of information on your activity (client dissatisfaction, process issues, technical malfunctions, etc.) and you actively participate in the development of our Customer Relation Center.

You work closely with the CRC team and our entire network of agencies. You are an actor in every occasion of the continuous improvement of our service.

This position is open in 100% remote work.

You have proven analytical skills and a strong capacity to work independently. You have a sense of service and the support of your clients. You have significant experience in the field of refrigeration and/or automation, especially with BtoB clients, and you enjoy working in a technical environment. You are very comfortable with the use of computer tools and supervision software.
