Structural Engineer (SE)
The Structural Engineer (SE) for Above Group shall contribute and support the Engineering efforts for the Firm. The SE shall possess a bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, and a master's degree with a structural emphasis or equivalent, from an ABET accredited institution. This individual shall directly contribute to the Firm and its success through the application of knowledge and technical experience to effectively produce a quality design and ultimate product to the customer.
The SE is also responsible for contributing to the growth of the team by leading and mentoring subordinate staff in expanding their capabilities and contributions. The SE shall execute design duties as required to ensure quality is always maintained.
The SE shall be a Structural Engineer registered as a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and a licensed Structural Engineer (SE) passing the 16 hours NCEES exam, in the United States and/or its territories, at a minimum. Additional credentials are encouraged and desired.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience (post degree)
- Professional Engineering (PE) License (required) and Structural Engineer (SE) License (preferred but not required)
- Current/Active NCEES registration in good standing
- Operational Experience in both REVIT and AutoCAD
- Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
- This is a remote position or can be a hybrid position for local residents who desire to work in an office environment
