Stäubli Fluid Connectors manufactures quick coupling systems for fluids, gases, and electrical energy. Our standardized and customized products, mono- and multi-couplings, tool changers, and Quick Mold Change Systems (QMC), combine safety, performance, and quality, thus guaranteeing high added value.

You will work from home office in Germany or at the customer's location in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Denmark.

• Supporting strategic customers in the aerospace and defense sector for the business units in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria and managing the regional outside sales team in project acquisition.
• Conducting market analyses to identify market trends, including future technologies.
• Identifying and analyzing the customer organization to determine the relevant contacts in purchasing and engineering for each platform or program.
• Expanding customer proximity and customer loyalty through strategic key account management and conducting sales and contract negotiations with the aim of successful contract conclusion.
• Defining growth strategies for the aerospace and defense sector in the respective region and coordinating with the Global Market Leader to validate and implement these strategies.
• Maintaining the CRM system, creating evaluations, and monitoring the progress of sales opportunities of the outside sales team.
• Implementing sales requirements in marketing measures to promote our activities in the aerospace and defense sector and to increase brand awareness, and supporting the sales team in product marketing.
• Participating in trade fairs and networking events.
• Point of contact and interface to the production sites in France and Germany.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position within the security and defense sector.
• In-depth understanding of the security and defense industry (applications, customers, solutions, and export control regulations).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the procurement and tendering process in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Proficient use of IT applications (Office 365, enterprise software, and collaboration tools).
• Strong communication skills and team orientation.
• Fluent German and English (at least C1 level).
• Willingness to travel internationally (primarily to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, and France).
