Job DescriptionExperience: Mid Level
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Job Details- Design and assist in managing roadway projects including intersections, collector streets, urban arterials, rural and urban expressways, interstates, and interstate interchanges
- Assist in developing project scopes, budgets, project plans, and maintaining project schedules
- Interface with clients and support the Project Manager in maintaining client relationships
- Mentor and develop junior staff and design/drafters
- Roadway design experience with working knowledge of NCDOT Guidelines for Highway Design and the FHWA Roadway Design Manual
- Familiarity with NCDOT design and CAD criteria and experience applying them in plans development
