Senior Product Manager

Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our product group and help lead our growing portfolio of SaaS-first identity security solutions, with a primary focus on our endpoint privilege management (EPM) products. This is a highly strategic role, responsible for defining the EPM product vision, owning the cloud product roadmap, and ensuring delivery of customer-centric features that advance our leadership in PAM.

As a member of a globally distributed team, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Marketing, UX, and Technical Writing to bring innovative, scalable, and secure cloud features to market. You will also engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements that shape the future of our cloud-native platform.

This position is open to candidates based in the United States. Delinea offers a flexible remote work environment with strong regional team support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and articulate the multi-year product vision and strategy for key Delinea PAM solutions, aligning it to company objectives and market opportunity.
  • Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog, making clear trade-off decisions with agile development teams to deliver iterative, measurable value.
  • Build a durable point of view on the market by engaging directly with customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate and refine product direction.
  • Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases and timely feature delivery.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, driving positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing decisions.
  • Enable internal technical teams with the context and training needed to support product launches and customer success.
  • Balance the needs of current customers against the opportunity to enter new market segments and use cases, and build the business case for where to invest.

Skills and requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field;
    Master's or MBA strongly preferred.
  • 6+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, including end-to-end ownership of an enterprise product line; startup or scale-up experience a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security, with direct exposure to endpoint security, privilege management, or endpoint agent technologies.
  • Deep domain knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and enterprise IT environments (e.g., Active Directory, Entra , endpoint management tooling).
  • Proven track record of taking enterprise products from concept to general availability and growing them into meaningful revenue, translating technical capability into compelling offerings and user experiences.
  • Certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, analysts, and enterprise customers—fluent in English.

Travel expectations:
Up to 25%.
