Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Cad Designer to join our client's team in Rochester Hills, MI. This is a hybrid position offering a combination of in-office and remote work following the probationary period.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
- Perform design calculations, quantity take-offs, and drafting for land development projects.
- Support commercial, residential, and educational site development projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to deliver high-quality designs.
- Manage assigned tasks independently while contributing to team-based projects.
- Conduct occasional site visits as needed.
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and attention to detail throughout the design process.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5-10 years of experience in civil design, land development, or a related field.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- Experience with Civil 3D.
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Details:
