Civil Cad Designer - Land Development (Hybrid)

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Cad Designer to join our client's team in Rochester Hills, MI. This is a hybrid position offering a combination of in-office and remote work following the probationary period.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed construction drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
• Perform design calculations, quantity take-offs, and drafting for land development projects.
• Support commercial, residential, and educational site development projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to deliver high-quality designs.
• Manage assigned tasks independently while contributing to team-based projects.
• Conduct occasional site visits as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and attention to detail throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5-10 years of experience in civil design, land development, or a related field.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred:

• Experience with Civil 3D.
• Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Details:
