• Manage and execute large-scale, complex engineering projects.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and direction to engineering teams.
• Conduct engineering analyses, studies, and develop conceptual designs.
• Assist in finalizing contract project specifications and evaluating bids.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure project success.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited curriculum in the US or equivalent from outside the US.
• 8 years of cumulative experience in electrical engineering and design.

• Experience managing large-scale, large-budget electric substation projects.
• Proficiency in substation engineering.
• Strong project management skills.
• Current California PE license.
