The Washington Department of Enterprise Services (DES) Energy Program seeks a Measurement and Verification (M&V) Specialist to partner with Energy Engineers and ESCOs on ESPC projects. You will develop and review M&V plans, validate energy savings, and help ensure guaranteed savings across client agencies.
This hybrid, home-based position requires travel to project sites and offices as needed; you will guide PMs on KPIs, timing, and IPMVP compliance, with opportunities to influence energy
