Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Remote (U.S.) | 30-40% Travel

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to lead mission-critical infrastructure projects across data centers, healthcare facilities, telecommunications networks, energy systems, and other environments where uptime and reliability are essential.

This individual will partner with clients, engineers, construction teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, driving project execution, and leading complex technical and construction initiatives.

Work Environment:

* Fully remote position based in the U.S.

* Approximately 30-40% travel throughout North America

Responsibilities:

* Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables

* Coordinate clients, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams

* Lead project meetings and provide stakeholder updates

* Track risks, change orders, and project performance

* Support successful project execution from planning through completion

Qualifications:

Must Have

* 5+ years of project management experience

* Experience managing construction, engineering, energy, infrastructure, MEP, commissioning, HVAC, data center, healthcare, telecom, or industrial projects

* Experience managing project budgets, schedules, scope, and stakeholder communications

* Active PMP certification highly preferred

* Strong client-facing communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Willingness to travel as needed

Nice to Have

* Data center or mission-critical facility experience

* Healthcare construction experience

* Commissioning experience

* Mechanical or electrical project management background

* Knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, controls, or BAS systems

* Experience managing multi-site projects or working within a PMO environment

* DCEP, CDCP, or other data center certifications preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $72.00/hr.
