This position requires an experienced technical lead with a strong background in post silicon validation across multiple product iterations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with DDR5 buffer of silicon bring‑up and validation, including high-speed analog and mixed-signal characterization.

Job Description Component Bench Validation and Characterization- Support Design and Validation teams in the characterization of critical electrical and timing parameters forhigh‑speedmemory devices.
- Collaborate closely with designers andcross‑functional partners to debug andoptimizeperformance using exploratory,open‑endedtest approaches that extend beyond strictspecification‑drivenmeasurements.
- Synthesize experimental results and systematically definesubsequentvalidation and characterization experiments to fully isolate and understand complex issues.
- Generate clear, consistent, andwell‑structuredreports tailored to a range of technical andnon‑technical audiences, ensuring actionable insights and alignment across teams.
- Develop andvalidateinnovative applications of LLM/AI techniques to analyze large-scale validation datasets, generate effective visualizations, and reduce overall cycle time to final reporting.
- Effectively document test methodologies, procedures, and assumptions to ensure results are reproducible,accurate, and scalable across validation efforts.
- Communicate complex technical concepts withan appropriate levelof detail tailored to each stakeholder, from deep technical audiences to broadercross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate effectively with Validation Engineers across diverse geographic regions, languages, and technical backgrounds, fostering alignment and knowledge sharing within global teams.
- Bachelor's/Master’sdegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands‑on experienceinhigh-speed Analog and Mixed‑signalsignal devices.
- Strong understanding ofsignaling levels, termination architectures, and signal integrity tradeoffs insystems.
- Expertise in using typical high speed interface test equipment (BERT, Scope, Compliance S/W).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for test automation and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with advanced signal integrity measurements and applications for Design correlation.
- Strong understanding of memory interface architecture, interface protocols,standard sand operation, preferably DDR
