- Bachelor of science degree in engineering
- Valid driver's license maintained throughout employment
- Professional engineering experience in transportation systems (varies by level)
- Qualified Team Leader status for level 12 (includes NHI bridge inspection course and field proficiency exam)
- Ability to operate vehicles with GVWR between 10, pounds
