MissionAs a member of the production team, you are responsible for assembling IBA equipment, including accelerators and subsystems, based on drawings, bills of materials, and instructions from engineers in the Research and Development department. In doing so, you follow quality standards in the assembly hall and at IBA sites.
Challenges we trust you with- Assemble and install IBA equipment.
- Install IBA equipment at customer sites abroad, if necessary.
- Maintain the equipment and workstation according to 5S standards.
- Follow safety instructions.
- Ensure follow-up.
- A specialized degree in Electromechanics, Electricity, or as a mechanic — A2 level.
- Good knowledge of electromechanics.
- Interested in new technologies.
- Pragmatic.
- Autonomous and able to take initiative.
- Conscientious, with respect for procedures and regulations.
- Safety- and quality-oriented.
- Able to use MS Office, especially Word.
- Willing to travel internationally up to 60% of your working time. (30% domestic / 30% international)

Approximate Salary Range: Approx. $65,000 - $88,000
Variable Pay:Profit sharing, time-based compensation, “above & beyond” award, referral rewards
