• Align engineering, construction, and field teams
• Skills / Must Have:
• Fiber engineering + construction background
• Led large-scale FTTH build programs
• Managed multiple concurrent deployments
• Hands‑on, field‑driven leadership style
• Strong problem‑solving in live builds
• Rural or BEAD‑funded project experience (ideal)

• Location:
  
  Austin/Bastrop or North/Northeast Houston
• Full‑time, permanent
• Leading ~5,000 miles of fiber build at scale
• Highly selective process (2–3 hires max shortlist)
