Job Details- Active California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required
- Extensive experience performing boundary research, analysis, and resolution
- Strong knowledge of California boundary law, subdivision mapping, and land surveying principles
- Experience preparing ALTA surveys, Records of Survey, legal descriptions, plats, exhibits, parcel maps, and right-of-way mapping
- Proficiency with Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
- Experience processing and interpreting field survey data while integrating historical record information
- Ability to provide QA/QC oversight for survey deliverables and mapping products
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, agencies, title companies, and project teams
- Passion for mentoring survey staff and contributing to technical excellence across the department
