We’re looking for a Repair Technician, who will play an important role in keeping our temperature-controlled containers operating safely, reliably and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment is ready to perform when it matters most. Working closely with colleagues across the team, you’ll use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify issues, find effective solutions and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Location: We need this individual to be within commutable distance to Cincinnati given it is an on-site position.

Inspect and test equipment to identify malfunctions
Diagnose problems and develop solutions to repair temperature-controlled containers
Repair or replace defective components or parts
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns
Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure proper equipment operation
Follow safety procedures and regulations
Keep up to date with tools, technology, and equipment
Technical diploma or equivalent hands-on experience
Background in mechanical fields such as automotive, HVAC, construction, or general equipment repair
Comfortable working with tools and solving technical issues
Basic knowledge of electrical or refrigeration systems is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A team player who can also work independently and manage time well
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Must be fluent in English
