Our San Luis Obispo, California team primary focuses on developing both software and hardware for prototype sensors used in non-destructive testing. This involves programming near hardware-software interfaces, developing or modifying embedded device drivers on Linux and other embedded kernels, implementing signal processing algorithms, implementing hardware abstraction layers, interfacing with FPGAs, and targeting resource-constrained processors. ** What you can expect**##
** Responsibilities
* ** Executing the project in line with customer's expectations, HSE rules, corporate guidelines, processes, policies, governance and the law
* Reviewing the scope of work, legal and commercial terms and conditions
* Creating the work break down structure, define and sequence the activities
* Estimating resource requirements incl. duration and developing the master schedule
* Acquiring the project team through departments, optimal for the given scope of work
* Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals
* Establishing communication to project team and customer on a regular base
* Identifying and analyzing project risks, monitor and control those risks
* Monitoring and controlling project work, schedule and budget
* Managing project invoicing and cash flow
* Identifying and managing changes during project execution
* Approving final project deliverables
* Identifying and communicating additional sales opportunities
