We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Designer or Mechanical Engineer to support our growing presence in Hawaii. This individual will lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex mechanical building systems, partnering closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to develop innovative solutions for projects in Hawaii and across the western United States. Work location:

This is a hybrid position based in Hawaii. The role includes a combination of remote work, collaboration with local project teams, client meetings, and project site visits throughout Hawaii, and supporting project teams in the western United States.

Travel requirements:
Approximately 10-20% travel, primarily within Hawaii. Occasional domestic travel may be required to support project collaboration on the west coast of the United States.
