We are seeking a Mid-Level Structural Engineer for a remote assignment in our Northeast Region. The selected candidate will be an integral member of the design team assisting in structural analysis and design for our projects.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
** This position requires a Professional Engineer License (PE) **
** This position can work remotely in CT, IA, IL, IN, MA, ME, MI, MN, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SD, VT or WI **
Responsibilities- - Provide Structural Engineering support in the manufacture of semiconductor wafers, data centers and other state of the art manufacturing facilities
- - Work with other engineers and designers, as well as with clients and construction trade partners
- - Develop design concepts, complete the analysis and design, and work with designers to communicate the structural requirement
- - Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering
- - 4+ years experience in Structural Engineering
- - Professional Engineer License (PE)
- - Experience with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
- - Experience with structural analysis software, Navisworks and Bluebeam
- - Proficient with designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures
