Where is the work: On-Site (5 days)

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $97,406.66 - $

What you will do:
  • Lead manufacturing, automation, capacity, productivity, and facility improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership for processes, equipment, and manufacturing systems.
  • Manage projects from business case through implementation, validation, and handoff.
  • Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, risk plans, and resource plans.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, IT, EHS, and suppliers.
  • Establish engineering standards, best practices, and scalable manufacturing solutions.
  • Support capital planning, manufacturing roadmaps, and long‑term capacity strategies.
  • Mentor engineers and technicians and help strengthen team capability.
  • Present recommendations, project updates, and business cases to plant and business leaders.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 7–10 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
  • Experience leading complex cross‑functional projects from concept through implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing process design, capacity analysis, labor optimization, line balancing, process capability, and root‑cause problem solving.
  • Experience with capital equipment, automation, manufacturing launches, capacity expansion, facility changes, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Experience with capital planning, manufacturing roadmaps, and ERP/MES or other manufacturing data systems.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, automation, controls, robotics, digital manufacturing, or related advanced manufacturing credentials.
  • Proven ability to influence across functions without formal authority.
  • Strong communication, project leadership, and business acumen.
  • PMP certification preferred.
