WSP is seeking a Lead Substation Project Engineer for our Hailey, e to drive design and execution of utility‑scale substations. You will contribute across concept to commissioning, supporting projects with protection & control, SCADA, and grounding, while mentoring junior engineers.
You will collaborate with the Power & Energy Substation Team, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure QA/QC across multiple concurrent efforts, with travel as needed and an on‑site, hybrid, or remote work
