BUILDING DIAGNOSTICS & STRUCTURAL ENGINEER, P.E.

Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time | Home-Based | Twin Cities Field Work

Join Criterium-Twin Cities Engineers, an established specialist consulting firm based in Edina, Minnesota. We help homeowner associations, property managers, real-estate professionals, investors, developers, and building owners make informed decisions about the residential and commercial buildings in which people live and work.

Use your engineering judgment to solve real building problems, without the bureaucracy of a large firm or the administrative burden of operating a solo practice. This is a field-based, home-office role with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling. The role can emphasize existing-building inspections, building diagnostics, residential/light-commercial structural evaluation, repair recommendations, and light structural design according to your experience and interests.

Our operations team supports project intake, scheduling, project setup, templates, invoicing, and administrative coordination so engineers can focus on technical judgment, client service, and high-quality work.

Semi‑retired professionals, experienced engineers seeking a predictable 2 to 4 day schedule, and Minnesota P.E.s looking for a flexible, well-supported alternative to a large A/E firm are encouraged to apply.
