Senior Technical Leader – Bridge

As a Senior Technical Leader - Bridge, you will lead high‑impact bridge engineering projects. You will also guide teams through structural design, analysis, and client coordination. This senior leadership role provides ownership of TDOT bridge work, mentorship of junior engineers, and strong visibility across major transportation infrastructure.

• Lead bridge engineering projects for TDOT, overseeing the analysis, design, inspection, and delivery of concrete, reinforced concrete, and steel structures.
• Provide quality assurance across structural models, calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure full compliance with TDOT and AASHTO standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients, roadway, geotechnical, and multidisciplinary teams to support proposals, industry outreach, and project coordination.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders while offering technical expertise on bridge load ratings, construction plans, and repair strategies.
• Mentor and train junior engineers across three offices

• Compensation: $165,000- $195,000.

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed PE.
• 10+ years of experience.
