Fermilab in Batavia, IL, seeks a Controls Engineer to design electronics readout and control systems for scientific experiments. You will develop firmware for MCUs and FPGAs, create data-intensive specifications, and build software interfaces for operators to run detectors and accelerators.
Collaborating with physicists and engineers, you will plan multi-month readout projects, document results, and present milestones to stakeholders. A BS in EE and 2 years of relevant experience are required.
