Senior Civil
- Transportation Engineer/Project Manager

A multi-discipline engineering firm with over 50 years in business is looking for a Senior Civil
- Transportation Engineer/Project Manager for their Milwaukee office! This is a hybrid position that includes in office work three days a week and remote work two days per week. Responsibilities include establishing work plans and staffing for project phases, coordinating activities of engineers, technicians, and production staff, preparing reports, specifications, and communications, conducting client/internal meetings and reviews with governing agencies, supervising design/technical development, ensuring project goals are met within time/budget constraints, delivering profitable projects efficiently, preparing design calculations and plans for a variety of design projects, collaborating within a multi-disciplinary environment of engineers, designers, and technicians, mentoring/training junior staff, and traveling as needed.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in transportation or highway design, 8+ years of highway design and plan development or related transportation experience, 5+ years of experience managing multi-disciplined projects, PE License, strong working knowledge of the project development process including coordination with other disciplines during design and construction, business development experience with a proven record of securing new projects, ability to write descriptive and technically accurate proposals, specifications, and reports, experience participating in, facilitating, or leading project team meetings, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook), working knowledge of Wisconsin DOT design and delivery methods including proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, experience collaborating with a multi-disciplined team of highway design, traffic, bridge (structural), and water resources engineering professionals, professional registration in 2 or more states a plus.
